The Facilities
Both properties, of course, enjoy full central-heating and have ample supplies of hot water and each has parking for two cars. Our tariff includes all gas and electric, towels, bed linen and kitchen towels. The following is a list of amenities provided:

We provide a welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk so you can have that refreshing cup of tea after your journey. We also provide dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, a kitchen roll and dishcloth.

For supplementary heating on those really cold winter nights there is an electric coal-burner effect heater, which is fan assisted. We also provide information on local attractions and amenities and operating instructions for all the electrical appliances. The properties are equipped with individual burglar alarms for your increased safety and peace of mind.
Additionally Pheasant cottage has an access grab rail by the door, 30” doors to assist wheelchair access, foldaway support and lever taps on the hand-basin in the WC, and a grab rail adjacent to the bath. Parking is on a flat and level surface as is the path leading to the cottages. However there are two gentle steps up into Pheasant cottage. Wheelchairs are available for hire from Shop Mobility in Frome, their number is available upon request.
