About Us
We both worked in London choosing to give up our careers in 1995 and purchasing a nearby 5 diamond hotel which we ran until 2001. After nearly 7 years of doing this we sold up and moved to Old Vallis House where we now reside with our two English Springer Spaniels, Pippin and Saxon.
